We accept returns via post at the address below.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Items will not be refunded or exchanged if they have been worn and if the tags have been removed.
We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour where appropriate. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Please Note: Postage and packing is non refundable. We strongly recommend that you retain proof of postage on returned items as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
We aim to send out your replacement/refund within 7 working days. If the item is faulty please fill out the returns form and we will aim to respond within 5 working days.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days, starting the day after receipt of goods. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and have been unsealed. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, and sent to the address given on this website. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
We do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Custom designs are made to measure from the measurements you provide to us and we can not refund custom made items. Please note to make sure all your measurments are correct before placing your order. If you decided not have a design made then contact us within 48 hours of placing the order.
